The Gunther Trades Building houses most of the trades programs UVSC was founded on, offering certificates and degrees in welding, cabinetry and architectural woodwork, building construction and construction management and building inspection technology. The music department is also in this building, offering two-and four-year degrees, in addition to the Blackbox theatre, a venue for UVSC theatrical productions.
