UVSC’s Center for the Study of Ethics is hosting the 9th Annual Conference by the Faculty January 23 and 24. On January 23, the conference will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. On January 24, it will be from 10a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Both sessions will be held in room 243 of the Losee Center on UVSC’s Orem campus.
This year’s conference is titled “Bioethics and Medical Ethics Across the Disciplines” and will include panel discussions and short paper presentations. Topics featured in the conference will include “The Ethics of Governmental Assistance for Medical Processes,”“Medical and Scientific Ethics in Literature” and “Ethical Dimensions in Genetic Destiny,” among others.
