With 300-400 competitors from independent studios and schools from around the western United States and levels ranging from elementary school students to college graduates, the UVSC Winter Dance Sport Festival promises to be very entertaining.
The Festival will host its 17th Annual event in the Student Center Grande Ballroom February 14, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., February 15 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and February 16 from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.
“All styles of Ballroom from beginning to advanced levels will be taking place including International Style Latin, Style Standard, American Rhythm and American Smooth,” said Chris Witt, faculty member of dance. “This is a great event for families and is a great treat for all ages.”
The event is open to the public. Admission is $10 a day per person. For all 3 days tivckets are $28 per person. Tickets are available at Campus Connection at (801) 863-8797 or are available at the door.
