UVSC Community Education Offers New Online Classes
OREM, Utah—UVSC Community Education is offering five new online non-credit computer classes, Making Movies with Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Certification Preparation, Introduction to Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop CS2, and Creating Web Pages. Classes begin throughout the year and are held on a monthly basis. All classes are guided by expert instructors, many of whom have developed books, courses, and videos about their subjects.
Making Movies with Windows XP will teach students how to take full advantage of the popular and widely-used Microsoft Movie Maker software that is included free with every copy of Windows XP. The Windows Certification course will give students all the information they need to manage company PCs and make them communicate with each other. Photoshop CS2 will teach student to manage the new photoshop image editing applications. In the Creating Web Pages Courses students will refine their HTML skills by learning how to work with and manipulate forms, frames, audio, and tables. They’ll also become proficient in the use of CSS, one of the hottest topics in the area of Web development.
All new classes are only $69 each and run for six weeks with a two-week grace period. These non-credit classes are taken entirely over the Internet, from the convenience of home or office, and at any time of the day or night.
